The Quadrant II activities that are 'Not Urgent but important' are the activities just fit for Type A managers as they always avoid them considering them waste of time.
- Improving cmmunication with people, Empowerment.
- Better preparation, better planning and organizing.
- Taking better care of self, personal development
- Preventive maintanance
All of these are in Quadrant II. They are important. So why aren't people doing them? the are not Urgent. they aren't pressing. they don't act on you have to act on them.
